Locations Served by our Optometrist in Bellingham Washington: Charron Eye Center has been proudly serving patients in and around Whatcom and Skagit counties for 15 years.  Conveniently located at 1151 Ellis Street in Bellingham we are about halfway between the Lakeway and Samish Exits if you are travelling from the interstate (I-5). Once you are on Ellis Street our building is easy to find, but if you have any trouble look for the radio station tower in the back which is a remnant KVOS radio back in the last century.
