NATASHA
Natasha is a highly experienced and certified Vision Therapist with over 10 years of dedicated work in the field. As a Certified Optometric Vision Therapist (COVT), she brings a deep understanding of visual development and rehabilitation, supported by her background in education. Her degree in Education enhances her ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, supportive way.
She is known for her patient, encouraging approach and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with those she works with.
In her free time, Natasha enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, travelling, and exploring her creativity through various crafts.
GRACE
Grace has three years of hands-on experience helping patients improve visual function through personalized therapy programs. With a background in kinesiology, Grace brings a strong understanding of body mechanics and motor coordination to vision therapy, enhancing patient outcomes by integrating movement-based approaches into visual rehabilitation.
Known for her compassionate care and attention to detail, Grace is committed to creating a supportive environment where each patient can thrive and reach their full potential.
Outside the office, Grace loves relaxing with a good card game and listening to music. She also enjoys spending her time outdoors—going on walks and hikes—and staying active by playing various sports.

Shante
Shante is the friendly and welcoming face at the front desk. She brings with her a strong background in organization, communication, and attention to detail, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Whether she’s coordinating appointments, answering questions, or helping the office run smoothly behind the scenes, Shante is an essential part of our team. Her attention to detail and warm personality make her a trusted point of contact for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, Shante enjoys watching her kids play various sports, doing diamond paintings, and line dancing with her sister. Her positivity and genuine care for others shine through in everything she does.
